By booking a pickup or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pickup Conditions

Pickup is offered within Delhi NCR. Pickup time and availability depend on location, route load and weather conditions. The customer must ensure safe access to the scrap material.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is made on-the-spot after weighing the scrap, via cash or UPI/bank transfer, based on the live market rate applicable on the day of pickup.

3. Material Verification

All material is weighed in front of the customer using calibrated equipment. We reserve the right to refuse hazardous, prohibited, or stolen items.

4. Booking Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling our support number before our team reaches the pickup location. Late cancellations may attract a small visit charge in limited cases.

5. Liability Limitations

Gupta Scrap Buyers is not responsible for any property damage, loss, or personal injury that occurs due to customer-side handling or unsafe pickup conditions.

6. Pricing Changes

Rates published on our website are indicative and may change daily based on market fluctuations. The final rate quoted by our pickup team at the time of weighing is binding.
