1. No Refund After Pickup
Once a scrap pickup has been successfully completed and payment has been made on the spot, the transaction is considered final. No refunds will be processed thereafter.
2. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding weighing, rate calculation, or service quality, please raise it with our team at the time of pickup, or within 24 hours of the pickup via phone or email. We will investigate and respond within 3 working days.
3. Booking Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled before the pickup is performed, no charges apply and no refund is required.
